No. The ride is very gentle, the handler leads the camel. The posture is unusual (legs apart) — which is why we limit it to 1 hour.

5pm-7pm in winter, 6pm-8pm in summer (sunset time). Magical photos. Avoid midday (too hot for you and the animal).
How many people per camel?▼
1 adult, or 1 adult + 1 child (up to 8 years old). The handler judges based on weight.

No, the camel is one of the most robust animals in the world. A 1-hour ride won't tire it at all.
