Do we go by ferry from Jorf?▼
No, we go via the Roman causeway of El Kantara. This is the historic 7 km road that connects Djerba to mainland Tunisia, built by the Romans in the 3rd century. Advantages: faster (no waiting like at the ferry), more picturesque (panoramic view of the lagoon and flamingos).
Are quad and camel ride included?▼
No, these are extras to arrange on site with your guide. At Ksar Ghilane, several local providers offer quad and camel rides at sunset. Your driver-guide books them in advance for you, which saves you waiting and queuing.
