The east coast of Djerba is home to a resident group of approximately 30 dolphins (bottlenose dolphins, Tursiops truncatus). Our skipper knows their zones and times of presence — the probability of spotting them is around 70-80 % on our morning boat trips (departure 7am–8am, optimal conditions).
Respectful approach: we never chase dolphins, we cut the engine when they approach, we don't go in the water to swim with them (they choose to join us or not — it's entirely their decision). Often they'll accompany the boat for several minutes — truly magical moments.

Frequently asked questions
Will we always see them?▼
70-80% probability in the morning. No absolute guarantee (it's nature). If no dolphins are spotted, we offer another trip or a 50% refund.
Can we swim with them?▼
No, for ethical reasons. We observe them from the boat, never in the water.
When is the best time?▼
Early morning (7am-8am). Mid-day, the dolphins are less active.
