The Blue Lagoon — a sunset over the Mediterranean
The Blue Lagoon is a modern 25-seat catamaran departing from Hôtel Djerba Menzel. Djerba's south-east coast faces due west: the sun sets straight into the sea, light transitions from white to gold, then pink and violet — an hour of photographic magic.
The sunset program — 2 hours to savour
Departure approximately 1h45 before sunset (time varies by season — we will confirm at booking). Departure from dock, gentle sailing towards the optimal zone. Swimming break in water still warm from the day's heat. Back on deck at the moment the sky begins to blaze, fresh drinks served, slow navigation facing the sun. Return to port at nightfall.
Why a catamaran and not another boat?
The catamaran's dual hull offers a completely stable platform — perfect for sharp photos. The forward deck features hammocks/nets: the ideal spot to experience the sunset lounging. Intentionally intimate lounge atmosphere, far removed from large pirate boats with loud music.
Rates & family policy
Adults: €50 · Children 3 to 7 years: €25 (50%) · Babies 0 to 2 years: free. Family rule: from 4 people including 2 children, the 2nd child is free. Hotel transfers round-trip included throughout Djerba's tourist zone.
Availability & booking
