Djerba Holiday is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Tunisian data protection legislation.

1. Data Collected

When making a booking or contact request, we collect: name, email, telephone, preferred dates, hotel name, number of participants, preferred language, any message. No banking data is collected on this site (payment on the day).

2. Purposes

• Process your booking or contact request
• Send you confirmation and practical details
• Improve the quality of our service
• With your explicit consent: send you our newsletter

3. Legal Basis

Execution of contract (booking), legitimate interest (response to contact), consent (newsletter).

4. Retention Period

Booking data is retained for 5 years after the last service (Tunisian accounting obligations). Contact data with no follow-up: 3 years. Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription.

5. Recipients

Your data is accessible to the Djerba Holiday team and our technical service providers (OVH for hosting, Telegram for internal notifications). No resale to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction, portability. To exercise them: contact@djerba.holidayResponse within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use:

• Functional cookies (local wishlist, preferences) — strictly necessary
• Audience measurement cookies (anonymised Google Analytics) — subject to your consent

8. Security

Communications with this site are encrypted (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). Data is stored on OVH servers located in the European Union.

In case of unresolved dispute, you can contact the INPDP (Tunisia) or the CNIL (France) depending on your country of residence.
