These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tourist services (excursions, stays, activities, events) offered by Djerba Holiday.
Booking is made via the website, by email or via WhatsApp. Every booking is confirmed by email after availability validation (within 24 working hours). Displayed prices are in euros (€), per person, taxes included unless stated otherwise.
Payment on the day In cash (€ or TND) or by bank card. No deposit is required for day excursions. For multi-day stays and events, a deposit may be requested upon confirmation (amount specified in the quote).
Any modification (date, number of participants) is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the service, subject to availability.
Djerba Holiday holds professional public liability insurance. Vehicles used are modern and well-maintained, guides are certified, and equipment complies with standards. The client remains responsible for their behaviour and must follow the safety instructions given by the guide.
We recommend every traveller to take out personal travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, political unrest, pandemic, natural disaster), Djerba Holiday may cancel or postpone the service. In this case, full refund or postponement free of charge at the client's choice.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to contact@djerba.holiday within 30 days following the service. Our team commits to responding within 7 days.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Tunisian law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Médenine (Tunisia).
In case of disagreement, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
