When making a booking or contact request, we collect: name, email, telephone, preferred dates, hotel name, number of participants, preferred language, any message.
Execution of contract (booking), legitimate interest (response to contact), consent (newsletter).
Booking data is retained for 5 years after the last service (accounting obligations). Contact data with no follow-up: 3 years. Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription.
Your data is accessible to the Djerba Holiday team, to the partner agency that runs the booked activity (solely to organise it) and to our technical service providers, including Vercel Inc. for hosting, Google for audience measurement, Anthropic for the website chat assistant and Telegram for internal notifications. No resale to third parties. Some of these recipients are located outside the United Kingdom, in particular in the United States and Tunisia; sharing your data with the partner agency in Tunisia is necessary to carry out your booking. Transfers to our technical service providers in the United States rely on their contractual data protection safeguards (copy available on request).
